Description of objectAn opportunity to live in a unique and cosy five-bedroom family house, which just became available for rent fully furnished with a large private salt-water swimming pool (5x11 m) located in a lovely area on Hangdong-Samoeng road.This property sits in over a rai (2,000 sq. m.) of land surrounded by beautiful nature, mountains and many mature trees, yet there are shops nearby and it takes around 10min drive to the Canal road. The property consists of 3 buildings; the main house, the guest suite and maid’s quarters. There is a large open patio with BBQ station leading to the main entrance of the main building. This building has wooden floors throughout except bathrooms. The patio doors lead to the living room, which has a double height ceiling open up to the roof. Next to the living room, there is a breakfast bar and a fully fitted Western style kitchen with cooking island, stove/hob, microwave and double door refrigerator. There are two large bedrooms suitable for children behind the kitchen and there is a bathroom with shower next to it. A dining area is next to the kitchen, which has another patio door leading to a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden. Wooden stairs lead up to the mezzanine, which the owner configured as a recreational area with musical instruments and movie projector. There is a bathroom with shower on this floor and the master bedroom with large picture windows providing greenish views from the garden and mountain views far beyond. The guest suite with ensuite bathroom is situated next to the swimming pool, on the opposite side from the main house. There is a good-sized private garden and the cottage can easily accommodate 4-5 people. The maid’s quarters have two large rooms and one bathroom. They are large enough to be arranged as an office or to personalise it in many ways a tenant may prefer. Location of objectThe house is on the small road from The hang dong higway to the little Village Samoeng, the door to the discovering wildness mountain area of Chiang Mai. The house is surrounding by mountain and the area is enjoying a fresh air and cool temperatures comparing to the city of Chiang Mai herself.Town: Thailand, Hang dong Samoeng Road, Chiang MaiChiang Mai is a nice rest city with a lot of family activities. Mountain surrounding, Water fall, Bike and Bicycle trail, Chiang Mai is also a well know city for his culture and old traditional temple.A must see region with some \\\'friendly\\\' reputed habitants.
