Description of objectThe apartment is an historical proprety in the centre of a medieval village up on the hills of Tuscany.There are 2 spacious and bright rooms and a bathroom, a total of 75 square meters. It's full furnished and signed up for the electricity and water. The architecture is in tipical tuscany style with beams showing and brick floor. In the main room there is a built-in kitchen, the fridge with a small freezer, an oven, a microwave, a bread machine, a kettle, a camino, a extendable table with 4 chairs (more chairs are available in the closet), a sofa bed, a library (with a lot of turistic maps, books, depliants), a television, a radio, a dvd player. The wifi connection is available. There is also an old pc that you can use for internet. The bathroom have the shower and a boiler for hot water. There is also a washer dryer machine. In the bedroom there is a big double bed, a big wardrobe and an armchair. A table and two besides. There is also a camping bed, you can use for a person more. The apartment can host till 5 persons, it's better for 2/3 persons of course. There's no private parking but you can park not too far from the main door and you can leave the car in front of the door for some minutes to pull out shopping bags or other heavy things. Location of objectThe main town around is Peccioli. This small town is very nice and full of summer events like '11 Lune' a festival of music and theatre performances.The main city around is Pontedera. Pontedera is an industrial city (is where the Vespa was born, i suggest to visit the Piaggio Museum) but it's also full of cultural events, art gallery, entertainment spaces. From Legoli you can reach a lot of art city like San Gimignano (25km), Siena (75km), Pisa (45km), Firenze (70 km), Lucca (50km). If you like the seaside you can reach Livorno (55km) or Versilia (70km). Town: Italy, Valdera, LegoliOutside there is a wonderful panorama. The village of Legoli is a nice place to stay, very calm and silent. There is a bar and grocery in the small square in the centre of the village. There is also a nice amphitheater where sometimes events are organized.
