Description of objectDescription:The house has a total of 5.5 rooms. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms one bedroom with double bed (180 x 200), 1 room with sofa bed (in bed) and 1 room with a sofa bed. From the master bedroom still goes from a space that can be used as an office or dressing room, from there it goes to the balcony with sea views. This room has air conditioning. On this floor is a bathroom with bath / shower / WC. In the bathroom there is a washing machine. In the lower part, are living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a further bathroom with bath / shower / WC. The living room is divided into 2 parts, with the seating area with a large sofa is slightly increased. The dining room features a large granite table with 6 chairs, the room is very nice with wall tiles decorated in Spanish style. From the dining room, it goes to the kitchen and the patio (courtyard), the patio has a barbecue and is protected from the wind on all sides, the patio is also a small outdoor kitchen and a seating area.
