It’s situated in a residence with apartments built on 2 levels located in the prestigious five and four star area del Duque with a large communal walk in swimming pool and sun terrace also with magnificent views at the ocean. The distance from the apartment to the swimming pool is just a few steps and across the road 200 meters from the beautiful white sandy beach del Duque.

LOCATION
The residence is situated in the prestigious del Duque area of Costa Adeje.
It is reputed to be the best beach in the whole of the south of Tenerife. It is located in what is referred to as the exclusive El Duque area surrounded by 4 and 5 star hotels. Classy restaurants, local bars and several supermarkets in the vicinity of the nice shopping centre Plaza del Duque.

Distance of the airport Reina Sofia (TFS) is 18 km and the airport in the North 90 km.

Costa Adeje is the classier part in the South of Tenerife a very exclusive and chic area with the beautiful beaches Playa del Duque and Playa de Fanabe
Along the ocean runs a very long promenade from La Caleta - small quit fishers village with a small selection of excellent fresh fish restaurants located near the Ocean with majestic views across the bay - through Playa de las Americas into Los Christianos.

SHOPPING
El Duque offers various shopping centers (Plaza del Duque, Mirador, Gran Sur …), with boutiques, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and classy restaurants and a lot of shops, all other necessary is in the immediate surroundings without needing a car all within walking distance converting it into the most beautiful area of the entire island.
