Description of objectVilla with garden located in La Caletta in the locality Sa Petra Ruja 280 meters from the sea, 3 km from the services, within 50 square meters, 15 square meters of terrace, from 2 to 4 people, 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, 1 kitchen with all accessories, 1 double bedroom, air conditioner on request, living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 people, veranda with table and barbecue, 2 parking spaces beside the road, small garden, outside shower, water supply.Location of objectOur beaches:Heading north, direction Olbia, there is the beautiful little beach called Cala Brandinchi, also known as the little Tahiti due to its exotic colours. This beach is located in San Teodoro (in Capo Coda Cavallo). It is easy to reach thanks to several road signals. Heading south there are the beaches of: La Caletta: 5 km of seacoast with white fine sand, a crystal clear sea with a shallow seabed. Santa Lucia: it has two beaches. One is 5 km large with white fine sand and the other is the lovely Spiaggia dei confetti (Cake Beach), so called due to its different colored big and little pebbles and a very large pinewood ideal for picnics. Capo Comino: hills of very fine and white sand, a clear sea, an amazing large cliff and a wonderful pinewood where you can feel the sea breeze. Berchida: maybe the most known place but also the more uncontaminated area of northeast Sardinia. A great beach of fine snow-white sand, an always crystal clear sea surrounded by a beautiful maquis. No buildings near the beach….only a marvelous nature! Oasi of Biderosa: situated in Orosei, it is a Nature Reserve formed of 5 beautiful oases where you can swim and relax getting some fresh air in the pinewood. This area of Sardinia offers also a wonderful mountain landscape. Excursionists and trekking lovers can visit different areas of Monte Albo\\\'s mountain chain: find several water springs, make relaxing outings and leisurely picnics far from noisy summer life. Town: Italy, La Caletta, La CalettaLa Caletta is the town where we have our agency. It is a well-known and appreciated place. This town is ideal for families and young people. The beach is only 200 meters away and there is also a touristic seaport.These towns offer you all services you need.
