Description of objectThe Villa Mirna country house offers room for six persons. It has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with fitted kitchen and open fire, a separate sitting area with folding sofa bed, air-conditioning, satellite TV, radio, video and free WiFi internet. A large adjacent, covered terrace with barbecue has a 180° view of the Mirna valley and the hills. A heated private swimming pool measuring 9 x 4.6 m with an air geyser (creates gigantic bubbles) and a large sun terrace with separate adjacent toilet space make the facility complete.The original Istrian house was fully renovated and provided with all modern comforts in 2012. It is tastefully furnished and has a fully fitted, modern indoor kitchen (dishwasher, combi-oven, induction cooker, espresso machine, …) and a utility space with washing machine. Each bedroom has its own character. The three bathrooms have a walk-in shower with massage sprayers. There are parking facilities for a number of cars. The house was not built for renting but as a family home. It is rented if the owner is not using it. Addition of a child\'s bed possible on request. Location of objectAccommodation in the Tuscany of Croatia, the centre of Istria, the crossroads for wine and olive oil routes.Repose in the rural surroundings around Buzet on the edge of a small village nestled against a mountainside, yet only 30 minutes by car to the Adriatic coast. This is the ideal base for outings to the small, walled medieval towns in the area: Roc, Hum (smallest town in the world), Motovun (film festival), Oprtalj, Groznjan (music, art, design) or a little further: Pula (one of the best preserved Roman arenas) or Porec with its bustling tourism. The “Istarska Toplice” spa and wellness area is also not far away - 10 minutes by car. Or something more active: walking, mountain biking, rock climbing, paragliding, caving, truffle “hunting”, off road, … Mirna valley offers the best truffles (black and white) in Croatia. You can taste these and other delicacies in the local picturesque \'konobas\' or one of the top restaurants (Vela Vrata – 5 km, Zigante – 15 minutes by car, fish restaurant Damir e Ornela – 30 minutes by car.) Kettle, egg cooker, cooker hood, induction cooker Large-screen TV BBQ Rental includes welcome pack, occupancy tax, use of bedclothes, towels, swimming pool and garden maintenance and cleaning on departure, but the cleaning of the BBQ or fireplace is a responsibility of the guests. The caretaker will be pleased to arrange extra cleaning during the stay if necessary (payment on-site) Payment: - 500 euros deposit/week. The booking is confirmed on receipt of the deposit - First half of the rental price 60 days before the date of arrival at the latest - Second half of the rental price 30 days before the date of arrival at the latest - Repayment of the deposit (with deductions for any damage) 14 days from the date of departure at the latest We will be pleased to send you practical details and the detailed route as soon as we have received the full rental sum. Rental between Saturday at 16:00 and the following Saturday 10:00. The renter is himself responsible for the safety and guidance of any children, for example but not exclusively near the swimming pool and on steps. |
