Description of objectfree standing cottage with wonderful views in a quiet private road on 650 meters above sea level. Comfortable, tastefully furnished holiday accomodation for couples, families, hikers and seniors.large 90 sqm living area provide plenty of space for 4 peoples, 5 people are also possible, but only in summer and after consultation with the owner. You will find everything for a perfest holiday : modern fitted kitchen (electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, triple mix, slicer,; enough porcelain, glasses and cooking utensils. Cosy corner bench set in the kitchen for breakfast and chatting. 28 sqm living room with comfortable leather furniture, modern flat screen TV with satellite programs, radio with CD-player. In addition, a dining table with cairs. 2 bright bedroomd with double beds, wardrobe , basin and mirror cabinet the 3. small bedroom with bunk beds for occupancy by 5. Person is available, but only in summer. For a little child there are a kids high chair and crib available. Bright bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. the house has an oil-fired warm-air heating. For individulal cool hours in summer we have electric heaters. behind the house there´s a large trrace with a beautiful view and garden furnitures and charcoal grill. An your ca is well taken in a large carport, protected from sun, rain, hail and snow. we have made for the most, so you cam enjoy your holiday- just the weather, we can`t turn anyway...... Location of objectOur holiday home is seated in a calm but central area in the southern part of Carinthia with lake Wörthersee in the north, the Drau river valley and the Karawanken mountains the south. Located on a small private road without trafic at the edge of the Turia forest, it guarantees an undisturbed vacation.Each saison is attractive : in spring you can see nature almost explode because of the warm temperature right after winter time. Summer and automn are the seasons for hiking and collecting mushrooms. Especially summer is most sunny and warm, but the house, 650 meter about sea , assures a pleasant temperature at night. The winter is very famous as well, as it is cold and sunny the most of time. But be careful : as the weather can also be very snowy, you often need snow cains. Or, when the snow cains dont work anymore, you need to take a short walk from the parking place to the house. ! Town: Austria, Wörthersee, Schiefling am WörtherseeAustria's southernmost province, Carinthia, offers endless possibilities with its many lakes and mountains for vacation activities. Whether you love hiking, swimming, mountain climbing, renting a bike or just laze, stroll, sunbath and take one of the boat on one of the excursions lakes.Schiefling is very close to the Wörthersee , the fashionable and lively Velden with the famous 'castle at the Wörthersee'. Hafnersee and Keutschachersee you can hike on foot. Wonderful: the idyllic Trattnigteich, called 'the pearl of schiefling' -a small lake, where you can also swim. You can during your holidays each day discover another lake. By car you are within 20 minutes in Klagenfurt, the Carinthian capital. It is a beautiful old town with many small narrow streets and shops. Villach is also 20 minutes away, there is an attractive new Spa, which is worth visiting.Trips to Slovenia and Italy are just a stone's throw. have you ever been to Venice or Trieste? It´s worth the Carinthia card to buy, then you have free admission to many mountain lifts, mountain roads, boat trips on the lakes and numerous museums. For children, there are also many attractions. The kids and their parents love a trip to the nearby wildlife park in Rossegg . And in the evening is glorious, strolling through Velden and somewhere in front one of the many restaurants to sit and have a drink or to eat ice. Three times a week you can see in velden the 'sound wave' in the evening, sometimes there is even a firework. And then you come back to your holiday home, where you can sleep wonderfully quiet ...
