Description of objectApartment of 80 mq in villa with private garden and terrace. Independent entrance through the stairs in the terraced garden (about 50 stairs). Parking for 3 cars. Due to the access via the garden stairs this property is not ideal for those with certain disabilities.
Location of objectThe apartment is located 1 km from the center of Casarza Ligure on the road to Cardini. It is on the hill in the forest of entroterra ligure and the apartment and terrance overlook the valley. It is located near to the seaside (4 km from the major resort of Sestri Levante, which is 10 minutes by car). The property is easily reached by car although it can also be reached by bus from Sestri Levante and a small walk uphill. Daytime bus services run approximately every 30 minutes.

The most curious tourists who holiday to discover local traditions cannot miss Via dell’ardesia that still shows signs of an age-old culture: for centuries slate was used to cover roofs, tile floors, separate ground and draw country routes, as well as being used to make the façades of buildings and churches more beautiful.
Today, what remains of that antique culture is concentrated in Val Fontanabuona, which runs parallel with the coast, beyond the hills that face the sea. The importance of the “black stone” is told and witnessed in the slate Ecomuseum in Cicagna.
