Description of objectHere you will find the ideal setting if you want to enjoy peace and serenity to the fullest.The apartment is for max. 2 people: 1 living room with fireplace-stove, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower / WC, outside eating area. The apartment is spacious, carefully furnished in Tuscan style and has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes, etc. For shared use: swimming pool (10x5) + a small, private pool with shower, pergola, barbecue with tables and chairs, sun loungers, parking lot, 1 hectare garden (fenced), private entrance gate with remote control. The swimming pool is in operation from middle May to late October. Dogs are allowed: ¤ 20 .- / week / dog. In rental rates include: Taxes, gas for cooking, electricity, Cold and hot - water, WI-FI weekly linen, tea towels change Pool use, garden furniture, cleaning Not included are: towels ( please take yours or you can rent set of towels Euro 5.-/1 person/week.
