Description of objectIl Casale di Giovanna is a beautiful villa built in 1889, recently restored preserving the original design. It is located in a marvellous position, being surrounded only by hills, cultivated fields, olive groves and streams: an isolated environment, ideal for those seeking peace and tranquility.The lower floor consists of: a large living room with original vaulted arches, fireplace and full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Satellite TV and a computer are provided, with the possibility to have Internet Access. 3 double bedrooms plus a double sofa-bed in the living room. 3 Bathrooms: 2 with shower, 1 with bathtub. Closet. The upper floor is not for rent and is not occupied by anyone, so you will be alone in the villa. Location of objectThe surroundings are notorious for the presence of dozens of wineries, among the finest in the region, producing Rosso Piceno, Falerio dei Colli Ascolani, Pecorino and Passerina, as well as for the presence of many restaurants where you can find the traditional recipes of Central Italy.The beautiful sandy beaches of Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto are distant just 20 km; there you will find a vibrant nightlife and renowned restaurants. For the ones who love Mountain itineraries, Sibillini are 40 km far away. Other attractions in the surroudings are Ascoli Piceno, a town full of history, squares and medieval towers; the beauful seaside of Riviera del Conero; the Frasassi Caves; the Holy House of Loreto.
