Description of objectThis newly renovated house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (both with shower), an open kitchen, living and dining room area and a very nice, sunny roof terrace.
There is airconditioning/heating in the living room and master bedroom.
Location of objectThe house is in second line to the beach, only 20m away from it and separated from the beach promenade through a small alley way.
The beach in El Palo is divided into little bays and it is quite flat and completely sandy, and thus also an excellent place for children.

El Palo used to be a fisher village and is famous for its many traditional fish restaurants at the beach promenade and the typical sardines which are grilled over open fire.
It is a very Spanish area, there is hardly any international tourism.
El Palo is like a small town on its own with lots of shops, bars and restaurants and a nice, little market hall.
From here you can take the city bus which takes you to Málaga city centre within 25 minutes and is leaving every 10 minutes.
