Description of objectAmathia villa is situated in Pefkos, near Lindos , 120m from the beach , 1 km from the lovely village of Pefkos which has all the amenities that you would need to make your holiday complete such as restaurants, bars, supermarket.Villa Amathia is just a few minutes’ walk to Pefkos village with its varied variety of tavernas, restaurants, shops and bars; and of course the beach is directly in front of the cottage too. If you are seeking a swimming pool to use there are numerous to use free of charge in the village – so you have the best of both worlds. The living and sitting room it provides full kitchen facilities and can accommodate 6 persons. There\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s an LCD HD TV set with satellite , DVD player ,music system and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price). The living room opens to the kitchen . There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box. The villa has three double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one has two single bed. The brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer . Linen is changed twice a week . All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned . Baby cot and high chair are available on request.
