Description of objectThe apartmentThe property for rent is a new modern and beautifully furnished apartment, which consists of a living room with a dining room and an open kitchen area, bathroom and balcony, which enjoy amazing views over the sea coast and the swimming pool. Location of objectAqua Dreams holiday complex***is located in the beautiful and quiet area between Sunny Beach and St. Vlas. Because of its specific location Aqua Dreams offers the unique combination of sea view in conjunction with the surrounding of fascinating rising green hills. It is situated only 70 meters from the coast line and approximately 500 meters from Sunny Beach.Amenities At your disposal there are 3 swimming pools in the complex – adults’ pool with children section, another adults’ pool with pool-bar and additionally separated ring-shaped children pool. As amenities in apart-hotel Aqua Dreams there are: a restaurant with an open-air area, cafe-bar with pool view, reception, shops, parking lot, green areas. Town: Bulgaria, Sveti Vlas, Sveti VlasSveti Vlas is a town and seaside resort on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, located in Nesebar municipality, Burgas Province.The town is located at the foot of the southern slopes of the Balkan Mountains, in the northern part of Burgas Bay. Sveti Vlas is the only place on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast where the beaches are facing directly south. Sveti Vlas has grown as a tourist resort in recent times, serving as a quieter alternative to nearby Sunny Beach.Sveti Vlas lies at the northern end of a bay which has Sunny Beach in its middle and the ancient town of Nesebar at its southern end. Sunny Beach and Nesebar are easily accessible by bus or taxi, and there are also boats going between Sveti Vlas and Nesebar.
