Description of object•Large sunny deck•Good lawn for tents •Caravan and utility shed Compact, tidy 2 bedroom kiwi bach with plenty of room for tents on the lawn, plus retro-style caravan (sleeps 3 but more comfortable with two people). 15-minute stroll to the safe sandy swimming beach of Kennedy Bay, and a couple of minute\\\'s drive from the bach to launch the boat from the beach for some great fishing & diving action in the bay and beyond. River & estuary nearby for kayaking & swimming. 35 sq metre deck - great for summer indoor-outdoor living, evening drinks, lazy days and BBQ\\\'s.. A quiet rural beach settlement for those back-to-basics kiwi family holidays. Pack a good book and relax with a drink at this peaceful spot. Two bedrooms each with double bed in, one with a single bunk over the double bed. One settee in lounge which folds out to single bed. One small double bed in caravan. One narrow single bed in caravan. Extra shower in shed and long drop toilet for the campers ! The bach itself comfortably sleeps 4 people. Freeview TV. Please note there is no oven in the kitchen,however the barbecue is a hooded one on which you can roast fish & meats if needed. There is a 4-burner gas hob in the kitchen. Outdoor fish-filleting bench for the day\\\'s catch! Plus the all-important beer fridge & bait freezer..Plenty of board games for family fun & DVD player for those rainy days Also note that there is no bath in the bach, just a shower. A great place to unwind and get away from it all, with the shops, restaurants & cafes only 20 minutes away in Coromandel town. The road to K Bay from Coromandel is gravel but is a beautiful drive through native bush with stunning views from the Tokatea summit. A great base for exploring the northern Coromandel beaches - Little Bay, Tuateawa, Waikawau - or just stay put and enjoy the tranquility of the Bay.Town: New Zealand, Kennedy Bay, Kennedy BayKennedy Bay is a quiet low-key rural beach settlement with fire station, school and marae (no shops!) with a beautiful wide sandy beach which is never crowded with people.For a back to basics Kiwi holiday to get away from it all, this is the spot.!
