Description of objectMondello is a residential neighborhood of Palermo, on the homonymous beach of golden sand and crystal blue sea. We rent the first floor in a villa with independent entrance, garden and parking space. 3 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, terrace. Air conditioning and heating. Just renovated. 400 mt. / 6 minutes walk from the beach of Mondello and the main square with bars and restaurants (calculated with google maps), but at the same time, in a quiet area away from the chaos of tourism.

Location of objectIt is not necessary to have a car below. You can easily walk from the apartment to the beach, restaurants and the center of Mondello. Three shuttle buses make the rounds at Mondello, Addaura and Capo Gallo, the bus-stop is only 50 meters from the villa. Besides, there are bicycles available (contact the owner to confirm). Palermo center is easily connected by bus. Could be nice to have a car if you want to visit other places near Palermo (Monreale, Cefalù, Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, etc..). However, on request, we have a car with driver for 5 or 7 seats.
