Description of objectIn the accommodation offer are three apartments. Each apartment is equipped with air-condition and wireless internet access WiFi/LAN. The use of air-condition is unlimited and free of charge. Clean apartment, fresh bed linen and towels are waiting guests on arrival. On departure guests are not obliged to clean either arrange apartment. For guests who stay longer than 7 days in the apartment fresh bed linen and towels are handed by the host every 7th day. Minimal period in which apartment can be leased is 7 days. The apartment is available from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Location of objectApartments Ivan are located in a small tourist place Stanici, not far from the town of Omis. House is situated above the main road, 250 meters from the sea and pebble beach. The house is accessible by vehicle. Parking for guest vehicles is located next to the house. Center Stanici with a grocery store, cafes, restaurants and small market is distanced 20 meters from the house. We recommend the visit to city of Omis distanced 4. 5 kilometers and city of Split, distanced 29 kilometers.
Town: Croatia, Omi¨, Omi¨Stanici is a small tourist place situated about 4 kilometers south of the town Omis. Thanks to the beautiful pebble beaches and clear sea Stanici has become one of the most attractive destinations in Central Dalmatia. The place is perfect for a quiet family holiday, away from the city crowds and noise. For those looking for nightlife, we recommend visiting the nearby town of Omis, Split and Makarska. Accommodation can be found in the hotel, private apartments, villas and pensions with friendly locals. In the center of town are two shops with food, three restaurants, coffee shop, and stands where locals sell fruits and vegetables from domestic breeding. On the main local beach is a restaurant, cafe and recreational facilities.
