The apartment is part of a small urbanisation of 24 houses, in a quiet setting, surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. It is located on the first and second floor of a townhouse.
There is a small swimming pool at 50 m. and a very large one at 3 min. walking distance. Supermarket nearby. The city center at 10 min. by car with lovely restaurants, bars and large shopping center.
