Description of objectThe apartment is situated in the center of Varna, very close to one of the mail shoppng streets, the beautiful Sea Park, 10 minutes walk to the Central beach of Varna, many historical, cultural, tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, etc.
The first floor consist of a big entrance, living room with spacious dining part and opened kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with one single bed and a big sunny terrace. There is a sleeping sofa for two in the living room and the lounge is also a single bed. There is a special utility room for the washing machine and a small storage room, too.
The second floor has two big bed rooms - one with 2 single beds and the other one with a double bed, a small bed room with one single bed and a bathroom.
The apartment is on the two upper floors of the living blok (3. and 4. floor) and this is the reason why it is very sunny and bright.
Location of objectThe apartment is situated in the blind end of a street, just 50 meters from one of the main boulevards and shopping streets and the Medical Univercity in the town. Just 2 minutes walk from it there is a small park and a playground for children, and just 5 minutes walk in diresction to the beach, the Sea Park or The Economic Univercity is another small park with restaurants and caffees. Quiet area in the middle of the city and in walking distance to everything.
