This single and spacious apartment on the ground floor with 120 m² living space can accommodate up to twelve persons and is situated in the heart of middle Dalmatia between Split and Trogir near the sea. It is a peaceful and quiet accommodation with a large Mediterranean garden and no direct neighbors. You enjoy a wonderful view. Terrace and balcony overlook the sea, Split and the nearby islands Brac, Hvar and Ciovo. This is the right place for those who want to enjoy the Mediterranean climate surrounded by peace and quiet with no other guests around.
This unique apartment has four separate bedrooms with two double beds, four single beds and four extra beds, if necessary. There are two bathrooms with two toilets, two hot showers and a bath tub - towels and bedlinen at your disposal. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge and freezer, gas cooker, stove, electric kettle and a microwave. There is an air-conditioned large living room with a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a TV set. Internet access (WLAN) is also available. You have a separate dining area with table and chairs.
Location of objectOutside there are four parking spaces available - very easy to park. You can relax on the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture and surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with a size of 2000 m
You can visit the UNESCO towns Split and Trogir which are only ten and twenty minutes away. Restaurants offer Croatian domestic food at favorable prices.
