Spend your vacation in our beautiful holiday house “Williamsburg” in Cape Coral/Florida.

The house is situated in a quiet side road and fully equipped. The huge heatable swimming pool is covered by a screen; a child-proof lock can be added upon request.

Our reliable German property manager will visit you on the first day after your arrival and extensively show you all features of the house as well as the area. Feel free to contact her anytime during your stay for further questions.

Location of object

Cape Coral is separated from Ft. Myers through the Caloosahatchee River which flows into the Gulf of Mexico.
Because of the river and the Gulf it resembles a peninsula that is crossed by numerous canals. Since the canals are altogether about 400 miles, it is eligibly called “Venice of the Gulf”.
After Jacksonville, Cape Coral is the second largest city in Florida with about 100,000 inhabitants.
There are all kinds of shopping facilities, amazing restaurants and various sports facilities. In addition to four golf courses you can find tennis and squash sites 'on every street corner'.
Everyone who loves to water ski can find all their heart desires on Ft. Myers Beach (about 25 minutes by car): water ski, jet ski, parasailing, sailing, fishing, sea-angling, and beach volleyball.

It takes you 35 minutes by car to go to Sanibel, one of the most beautiful islands in Florida, with long sandy beaches that are great for promenades and collecting sea shells. It has public beaches as well as remote bays.

The fully equipped detached house is situated in a quiet area on a 1000m² lot. You can reach the following beaches by car (in about 10-25 minutes): Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Pine Island. Ideal for 2-6 people.

Additional Information

The rental price is 574 EUR for 2 persons/week; every other person is 50 EUR/week. Children younger than 6 years are free. In case you are planning to rent the object for 28 days or more, you will receive a special offer upon request.

The price of final cleaning (120 EUR) is payable together with the remaining rental price.

Electricity (30 kW/h) is included in the rental price. Additional consumption (0,10 Cent (EUR) per kW/h) will be deducted from the deposit.
Prepayment is 300,00 EUR when proceeding the booking, the remaining amount is payable 30 days before your arrival.

Additionally, you are charged a security deposit that is payable 30 days before arrival as well. The deposit will be refunded after your departure (house must be left in proper condition). In case we have not received the payment (rental price and deposit) before your arrival, you can cancel your booking.

In case you have already started your trip a cancellation charge might be applied. You can find further information on this on your contract in case of a booking.
