Description of object

Our newly refurbished and independent apartment is located in the hills above the Tuscan spa town of Casciana Terme. Set in 2 acres of wooded and agricultural countryside where there are spectacular panoramic views from the summit and scenic hikes from the doorstep. The flat is a 5 minutes walk from our popular local restaurant/pizzeria, 5 minutes walk from the local bar and shop, and 5 mins by car to the spa town with mulitple restaurants, shops, supermarket and banks.

The local spa offers numerous therapies and a beautiful outdoor thermal massage pool set in gardens.

Just 30 mins from pisa airport, and just over 1hr from Florence.
Day trips are easily taken to Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca and Cinque Terre.

The apartment is compact with a bedroom and a dining area, separate kitchen and a shower room. There is also a terrace onto the garden with a table and chairs and a larger communal BBQ area that is just around the corner.

There are 2 popular golf courses in the area, and many interesting small towns off the beaten track such as Lari and Terriciola( \\\'the city of wine\\\').

The apartment is located at the top of a small village called Collemontanino, and from the property you can enjoy panoramic views of nearly one quarter of Tuscany.

Just beyond the property is a large woodland with many trails which offer the chance to take a peaceful scenic walk enjoying the outdoors and the beautiful views of the tuscan countryside.

Casciana Terme is know for its thermal spa. In addition to many health and beauty services the spa has a lovely therapeutic outdoor pool with relaxing water features, such as jets that massage back and neck muscles.

The town itself has a number of boutique restaurants and shops, a supermarket and a few banks.
