Description of object\"La Rosigna\" is a tipical traditional white house , all on ground floor, 150 sqm.plus 500 sqm. garden, overlooking the kilometers of white beaches of Ceara, only 45 min. drive south of Fortaleza in the still authentic north east of Brazil. It sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, an american kitchen, a large sitting-dyining room, a huge portico, open air shower, big barbecue. Very quiet area, you walk to the beach and to a large lagoon where you can easily swim, the sea tides enter the lagoon twice a day and form a beautiful lake.Fantastic kite surfing.
Constant temperature of 28° c. Exclusive golf course at a few km. Fishermen village of IGUAPE at 1 km. Nice restaurants in 2 small hotels at walking distance.
Location of objectThe house is 3 km. away from the main road that goes from Aquiraz to Iguape. Beautiful villas with garden are in the neighbourghood, but they are mostly inhabited by the guardians during the week, which means you have a fantastic quiet time and a guarded area. On week ends some of the owners come from the big town of Fortaleza and the 2 small hotels nearby get quite a number of guests to animate the area a little more. The house is located on a second row after the beach. you can even cross the dried lagoon twice a day (according to the tides) and you are by the ocean.
Town: Brazil, Praia do Presidio, AquirazAquiraz was the antique capital of Ceara. The house is located between Aquiraz and Iguape ,another really authentic fishermen village. Aquiraz has all the facilities of a small town, Bank, big supermarket, shops, museum, a small lagoon with jogging circuit. To reach the sea from the town, you go to PRAHINA at 8 km.
While ,IGUAPE only 3 km. from the house, is by the sea and everyday fish boats land on the beach and you can go and buy beautiful fresh fish and cheap lobsters. You can eat on the beach at the famous \"Barracas\" where you can spend the entire day drinking and eating and relaxing on the long chairs for very small amounts. Enjoy the waves of the ocean and walk for hours on white beaches almost alone.
