Description of objectIt is a spacious and bright flat in a brand new building. It is very comfortable and fully furnished (wardrobes in every bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, etc). It has also an underground parking.
Location of objectIt is located next to one of Conil's main streets (facing the quiet part of it). And it is close to everything in the town: it is next to a supermarket and a health center (you can actually see them both from the window), five minutes walking (literally) to the beach and to the historical center of Conil, which in my opinion, is close enough because it is quiet at night so you can sleep without problems of night-life-noise. It is quite easy to get there as it is in the central part of Conil, but I will be available to help you to reach it anyway.
Town: Spain, Conil. Costa de la Luz, ConilConil has plenty of things to enjoy and to explore. Its sunny beaches, where you can choose from huge ones to tiny ones, its food, specially the seafood and fish, its vibrant night-life, full of pubs and night-clubs and people from all around the world... and it has also some very beautiful and unknown areas of nature. I will spend the summer in the country side of Conil, few minutes to the centre by car, and I will not have any problem to show you around the place and to suggest you very special places to eat or to go. My spoken English is better than the written one (sorry about this, by the way) so we will be able to communicate easily.
