Description of object\"La TeRRRazza del Puerto\" is 165 sqm in 2+1 Levels. has a fully equipped kitchen, with all mod cons microwave, oven hob fridge and washingmachine.The lounge/dinner is spacious and cool has TV /DVD /CD . There are two bedrooms on the down level level both one is a dressing room with ensuites, one is a double bedded and the one in the upper level has two single beds. The upper storey has a large lounge/dinner/kitchen and a double bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a patio with a stair wich goes to a amazing teRRRazza for eating, have open air showers... The house is fully equipped, It has A/C and central heating, DVD, TV, Satelite/television, security system. Surroundings: Quiet residential neighborhood, away from the bustling tourist noise. 5 minuteswalking from the El Puerto train station, 10km to the city of Jerez, and 20 km from Jerez airport that is served by low cost airline Ryan Air and Britannia Airways. Other airports that are located nearby are Seville (1 hour drive) and Malaga/Faro (3 hour drive), which can be flown to and from many UK airports. Walk to major shopping, Casino Bahia de Cadiz, and Aqua Sherry water park. Best Spots The Blue Flag award winning La Barrosa beach is only a 30 minute drive from the townhouse. However there are many local magnificent beaches on the Costa de la Luz. Valdelagrana beach, Vistahermosa, Rota and Puerto Sherry are all within 10 min drive in which all beaches are lined with more bars, shops and restaurants that you can imagine. Towards Tarifa the coast is littered with more stunning beaches such as Conil and Zahara. It is also known as the wind surfing capital of the world which is only an hour drive from \"La Terrrazza del Puerto\".
