Description of objectThe townhouse is in 4 floors. The ground floor contains one big living room with open kitchen, dining table, sofa, flat screen TV, hi-fi, fireplace and access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stow, oven, microwave oven, fridge. First floor is with 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with double bed. One room with bunk bed and one room with a single bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Second floor contains one big room with double bed and flat screen TV. In the basement you will find a bedroom with double bed (120cm), an office, utility room, freezer and a bathroom with tub/shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer. In the garden there is a big 30 kvm terrace some of it partly covered with a glass roof. There is a small sandbox and a children\'s playhouse. Free access to the internet and possibility to borrow bikes and a \'Christania bike\'.
Location of objectQuiet and friendly neighbourhood and perfect for 1 or 2 families with kids. Working distance to shops and close to the beach with a wonderful playground for kids and Hellerup harbour.

Notable sites in Hellerup include 'Store og Lille Tuborg', which later lent the name to the Tuborg breweries that opened on the site and operated until the merger of the companies brewing operations with Carlsberg. The site is also home to the headquarters of several Danish and international companies, among them Saxo Bank.
Hellerup is home to the science center Experimentarium. In October 2009, Crown Princess Mary visited Experimentarium to open an exhibition on the human brain.
The coast road, Strandvejen, runs through the main thoroughfare of the town and is home to numerous shops and boutiques. Other features of Strandvejen are the beach at Charlottenlund Strandpark and Charlottenlund Slot.
Copenhagen is reached in 10 minutes by train or 15 minutes by bike.
