Description of objectThis apartment is on a plot of 710m ² with swimming pool and is located next to the owners house.The apartment has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7 people) and 1 living room. Also, the apartment has 2 bathrooms. The view from the apartment overlooking the front terrace and pool. Around the terrace and tropical plants are chairs to enjoy the Caribbean sun. It is very centrally located in the quiet Sun Valley, a 10-minute drive from downtown Willemstad and the beautiful beaches. The living room has a sofa bed. There is a flat screen TV with 62 TV channels including the Netherlands 1,2 & 3 and BVN with DVD connection. The living room has a large dining table. There is an open kitchen with 4 burner stove and a refrigerator. The Master Bedroom with air consists of a 2 double bed with wardrobe and a safe. This bedroom also has a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathroom cabinet with sink, toilet and shower. The other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans. One bedroom has a 2-bed overlooking the terrace at the back, the other bedroom has a bunk bed, suitable for 3 people. There is in this bedroom a ceiling fan. The second bathroom has a toilet, bathroom cabinet, washbasin and shower. Location of objectWould you like golf or squash? Then you are in 5 minutes on the Curacao Golf and Squash Club.Where you can quietly enjoy your game of golf or squash. The Centre of Willemstad is 10 minutes away by car. Town: Dutch Antilles, Sun Valley, WillemstadIt is advisable to rent a car in Curacao since the distances are quite large in Curaçao.You are in 13 minutes by car from Hato International Airport to your holiday destination. In 10 minutes you are at 'Playa Canoa, "This is the only beach on the north coast where you can enjoy the beach and is ideal for quenched (wind) surfers. There is also a small beach at the fishing port. At the end of the street is a sneck and Toko, the local sneck you can order food. A Toko is a small supermarket. 1 kilometer from Casa Korsou is a small mall with a supermarket, pharmacy and hairdresser. This small shopping center is to do on foot. A real Dutch bakery is located 1.5 km away. The Burger King is at 700 meters. The big supermarket 'Centrum Supermarket located 5 km. Casa Korsou.
