Villa BABALI a traditional myconian house is situated on a very wonderful place of Mykonos island named Houlakia 5.5km from town. It is built in three levels and can accommodate 10 guests. There is a magnificent view of Dilos, Rinia and Syros islands, as Mykonos town south district. You can also attend the island navigation from every point of the residence.
It is built in three levels. At the upper level there is a master room with bathroom and a pergola shaded veranda with amazing panoramic view. On ground level there is a sitting area with fireplace, a dining area for 8 guests and an open plan kitchen equipped with necessary appliances and a WC. All areas have direct access at the big pergola shaded veranda with the splendid sea view.At the same level and near the pool there is a separate studio of 35 m2 including a double bedroom and a bathroom and equipped with refrigerator and electric hotplates. At the lower level there are two twin bedrooms with a large bathroom and a WC. At the same level and close together there is a 40 m2 studio (guest house)with separate entrance and small pergola shaded outside including one double bedroom, sitting place area, kitchen suitably equipped and bathroom.In front of them a spacious terrace with sea view and a green garden along the whole frontside. All areas inside have aircondition.
The outdoor place is spacious and imaginary for living and dining with a spectacular view. There are a private swimming pool with shower and WC, a big pergola shaded place with outdoor furniture and BBQ.
On the back of the house there is a parking place for 4-5 cars.
