Description of objectVilla Rosemary is a very attractive, secluded property surrounded by olive groves with wonderful views, which stretch from the wind-eroded granite rocks, thickly covered with fragrant macchia, near to the turquoise sea of Costa Smeralda.The stunning, wild beauty of the surrounding nature and the peaceful location will ensure you have a wonderful stay. The villa is comfortably furnished and has a delightful private swimming pool. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has an elegant and spacious living room which leads onto an ample terrace furnished; there is also a well-equipped barbecue area and a number of little hideaways where you can escape the sun for a time and take pleasure in al fresco living. The Villa itself is very comfortable, tastefully furnished and set on one level, making it perfect for families and couples alike. 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival cash). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 euros is required. Owner accepts payment by direct bank deposit or cash. Location of objectArchaeological Park is one of the largest and most significant parks in Sardinia . This exceptional area includes 8 monuments all of pre-historical age, covering almost 5000 years of history, starting from the middle neolithic age to final bronze age.The sites are distributed in the territory of the municipality and offer the visitor an in-depth archaeological and historical journey. The uniqueness of the gallurese culture, the majestic bronze age Nuraghis and the renowned Giants Tombs, their amazing state of preservation and the splendor of the Sardinian countryside, provide visitors with a breathtaking scenery of rare unspoiled beauty. The new addition to the park is the recently excavated and restored 'la Prisgiona' Nuragical Complex which completes the Park with one of the most peculiar and preserved Nuraghis with village in Sardinia. In 1962 a group of international tycoons, led by Karim Aga Khan, founded the Costa Smeralda Consortium to start a wide tourist operation in the area of Arzachena. We can affirm that, since then things wouldn’t have been any longer the same for Arzachena and generally speaking for whole Sardinia. The tourist phenomen spread all over the territory, changing it, according to is requirement. In those days the most important tourist area, in term of quality, in Italy, was born. Luxurious hotels were built as well exclusive villas that were soon to become the meeting centres of people belonging to the upper class and to the world economic power.
