Description of objectVilla Zaglav is a modern facility placed on 14.000m2 of land on island Korcula, situated in the romantic bay, just 5 m from the sea and beautiful pebble beach. Very interesting is the fact that although it is on the isolated place in the intimacy of the untouched nature, the nearest tourist towns, Vela Luka and Blato, are just a few kilometres away.Villa Zaglav is a luxury and modern designed but it also gives you a beautiful connection with the fabulous nature that surrounds her, just by having most of her surfaces in glass windows. Wonderful location of Villa, because of its beauty we could easily put in the same group with nearby islands which are proclaimed national parks and parks of nature. From almost every room in the house you have spectacular view over the secluded bay and many surrounding islands. Despite the luxury and modern technology that you are being provided with, you are still in the perfect balance with the authentic natural beauties. Villa is constructed to easily take 8-10 persons in the area of cca 580m2, consisting of 4 spacious bedrooms each with its own bathrooms equipped with Jacuzzi bathtubs, and two living rooms. Three bedrooms and main living room with dining area are on the first floor, while one bedroom with its own living room and direct access to swimming pool is on the ground floor. All spaces are modern designed and hi tec equipped. We should also mention that main living-dining area is an opened space, glass-ceiling area equipped with dining area for 12 persons. While dining you are enriched with a breathtaking view over the bay. In front of the Villa is a 550m2 terrace with a heated swimming pool of 100m2. Space around swimming pool is beautifully decorated with garden furniture, sun beds, parasols, which will make your vacation more pleasant. In the area above the swimming pool we placed an arbour with another dinning table where you will have a pleasure of dinning under the stars, and which is one of the top romantic spots of the Villa. Villa has an air-condition system and floor heating system, Internet access, TV/SAT, DVD in all rooms. You can also moor a 37m boat in front of the Villa. To see that your vacation goes out perfectly, beside the wonderful nature and exquisite accommodation you need a top class staff. The island is famous for its well-intended coast, thick pinewoods, numerous vineyards, scattered across on the islands slopes and fields, which gave the world one of the famous vines.A rich gastronomic offer is one of the main qualities of the island, either we talk about many restaurants offering fresh fish, vegetables and fruit that was grown on the island, or, what is a very popular trend for the last few years, people serve drinks and meals in fields, vineyards inside the island or in their farmsteads offering long lost traditional island meals. Island Korčula is located between Split and Dubrovnik on the waterway, which makes it very accessible tourist destination. Inside ancient walls and towers this town is bursting with palaces, churches and squares, houses from which many are adorn with family emblems, ornate coats-of-arms and decorative columns. Vela Luka town is situated on the west part of the island in a 9 km long sheltered bay, one of the best anchorage place on Adriatic. Vela Luka offers a beautiful untouched nature, amazing surrounding islands with many lovely bays, beaches and crystal clear sea. Vela Luka is a typical Dalmatian coastal town, with its small alleys, squares, cafés and restaurants. It is not negligible to mention that fishing is the most significant business here, so gastronomic offer is based mere on sea food. Towns Vela Luka and Korčula are 40 minutes car drive away. Between Korčula and Vela Luka there are many small picturesque villages such as ; Karbuni, Pri¸ba, Rači¨će, Lumbarda, Pupnat, Smokvica etc. very worthy of sightseeing and experiencing.
