This exceptionally villa, spacious, light and very well furnished situated in an enviable village location in a green and peaceful corner. Arriving here, it’s hard not to suppress a contented ‘ohh’. Because this villa tackles that tricky traditional-meets-new hurdle with aplomb. Exposed beams, local stone and wrought iron balustrades are mixed with contemporary furnishings and mod-cons. St. Nicholas house & apart. is ideal for families or friends who want to holiday together but have their own space too. This place is a real looker, marrying up some classic Mediterranean touches with a cool and contemporary feel. On the ground floor is the guest apart. with a large open sitting/dining area with two double sofas, coffee table, TV with satellite and DVD/CD player and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. On the first floor you've got the main confortable living room, dining area with three double sofas and two arm-chairs, coffee tables, TV with satellite and DVD/CD player, the kitchen, along with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra bathroom with shower, wc and basin. Up on the second floor, meanwhile, there's a large bathroom with a glamorous corner bath and twin basins, not to mention the master bedroom with its elevated double bed and en-suite bathroom. Location of objectSt. Nicolas House Located in Dassia 10 km from Corfu town in a Green and Peaceful Area, with Cypress, Walnut and Olive Trees. The Blue Flag St. Nicolas Beach is Only a Short 5 minutes Walk. From the main Paleokastritsa road look for the turning to 'Kassiopi'. The Kassiopi road takes you to all of the resorts and bays along the NE coast of Corfu. Follow this road and just before Dassia located the House on the sea side.

It is lined by the beach and coastline on one side and an abundance of olive groves and Corfu countryside on the other side. Has a long stretch of pebble and shingle beach that can be reached by various side roads leading off from the main road that runs through the resort. Dassia beach gently slopes to clear shallow waters and is ideal for swimming. The waters are also very calm and flat making it safe for children and great for watersports. Although the beach is fairly narrow, the hotels that line the beach have plenty of sunbathing facilities set in gardens. Dassia has excellent watersport facilities with water skiing, scuba diving, paragliding, boat hire, bananas and ringo's to name but a few. Dassia has an abundance of quality restaurants offering a good selection ranging from traditional Greek cuisine and unique Corfiot dishes.
