The house is very centrally located with only 150 meters to the idyllic beach or the outdoor swimmingpool. The holiday house is very child and family friendly. TOTALLY renovated inside. Everything in bright and pleasant colors ! Modern, practical and highly functional kitchen with all the modern kitchen tools. The kitchen has open access to the living room. Beautiful sea views over the Genner Bay from both of these rooms as well as from the one of the two terraces. The large windows of the holiday house make sure there is plenty of natural light inside. There is a nice bathroom with both a shower and a large bath. One nicely bedroom with a double bed and one room with three beds of which one is a bunk bed. These two rooms have wooden floor while the other rooms all have tile floors with comfortably floor heating. From the window in the bedroom you can look to the Little Belt. The house also have a really cozy loft, which the kids love, with two two sleeping possibilities. The main heat source is the economically advantageous air-to-air heat pump. However, there are also electric heating in the two bedrooms just as there is a good and stable wood stove in the living room. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV connected to digital cable TV with more than 33 Danish, Scandinavian and German channels. Furthermore, there is a radio, a DVD player and last, but not least, freely accessible internet / WI-FI (100/100 Mbit speed - ideal for streaming and gaming). Around the house there is plenty of space and from the lawn behind the house you have sea view over both the Little Belt and the small island Barsö. Practical tool shed where you among other things will find a large parasol, a grill and all the accessories for the grill, drying rack + clothespins and extra garden furniture !. Furthermore there is a child chair in the holiday house In addition, plenty of parking possibilities around the Holiday house The holiday house is suitable for residential the ENTIRE year ! Location of object● 150 meters to the idyllic and child-friendly sandy beach with a jetty● 300 meters to the calm beach at the campsite, where there is also a playground and a small cozy marina. At the campsite there is further a small playground as well as a mini-market (open during the summer halfyear). To the Center building at the common area, which is open from spring to autumn, and where you as guest of course have free access, there are only 150 meters. Here you will find : ● Outdoor swimming pool (25x10 meters) with associated sunbeds ● Childrens pool ● Playground with bouncy castles ● Activity room with slot machines ● Mini golf ● Beachvolleyball ● Petanque ● Restaurant Strand Caféen The holiday house is ideal for families and it is located in a very peaceful, beautiful and green environment. There are four playgrounds and three beaches in the area. Everything is located in a short distance from the house. So in general you really have a lot of oppotunities for activities. Also there are many good fishing oppotunities too. Town: Denmark, Süt Jütland / Aabenraa / Nord Schleswig / Südjütla, Aabenraa (Apenrade)● The house is situated just 30 km from the German-Danish border and the Genner Bay / Aabenraa Fjord (Aabenraa Fjord)● Beautiful and idyllic natural surroundings with many opportunities for walking or jogging / running ● For golfers there is only about 300 meters to the beautiful fields of Aabenraa Golf Club - aabenraagolf.dk ● Many good fishing possibilities ● 2 km to the ferry that sails to / from the picturesque little island Barsoe in the Little Belt ● 3 km to the supermarkets in the city Loejt Kirkeby on Loejt Land (Loejt Country) ● 10 km to the cozy shopping shopping street in Aabenraa, which by the way is one of Denmarks longest shopping streets ● 10 km to the swimming pool / water park in Aabenraa ● 14 km to the swimming pool in Roedekro ● Put-and-take-lakes within 12 km away. ● 18 km to big indoor playground for the smallest at Jumpalot.dk west of Roedekro. ● 23 km to the cathedral city of Haderslev.
