Description of objectLovely vacation apartment with balcony, 100m from long sandy beach, recently renovated, modern look. Perfect also for golf holidays (course at 1/2 mile), fun and nightlife. In the hearty region of the Romagna Riviera, famous for its savoury cuisine, entertainment facilities, hospitality and friendliness of the inhabitants.On the first floor of a pretty house with two apartments, it sleeps 5-7 persons and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room with double sofabed, digital and SAT LCD 32” TV, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, heating, car park, furnished balcony, independent entrance with small yard. Location of objectWe are near the centre of Milano Marittima and next to the beach. After you leave your car in our spacious car park, you will no longer need it until you leave.The house is right at the beginning of a short street leading to the beach, and you will not have to cross any roads to get there. The town centre can be reached in a 5 minutes walk and the start of the strolling tour and the nightlife area is just 200 m. away from the house. The shadowy pinewood is also within easy reach, about 500 m. away. Many sports facilities are at walking distance (golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, sailing school, etc.) Beach 100 m.
