Description of object

This beautiful holiday residence on the island of Bali,
is completely equipped with very stylish furniture.

At the ground floor you will find:

- TV / DVD

- Bar with audio system incl. iPod interface

- bathroom with warm water

At the upper floor you will find:

At the front side of the residence is your private parking area.

At the backside of the residence is a little terrace with roofing
and the open air pool.

Location of object

The holiday residence is located at the district of Denpasar / Kebo Iwa, which is approx. 20 minutes of distance to the airport or the main touristical POI's.

The main road Gatot Subroto Timur by Pass leads you to an intersection, where you find a Mc Donalds, KFC and a gas station. At that gas station turn in to Jalan Kebo Iwa and at the second side street called Weda Sari - turn right again. At that spot you see a little supermarket on the left side, which is open 24h. Then turn left again at the second street and after that left at the second street again and you are at your holiday residence.

With car or motorbike you are in short distances to:

- Denpasar (e.g. to visit the local market) ca. 10-15 min.
- Canggu (Ecko Beach) ca. 15-20 min.
- Seminyak beachfront (KU DE TA beach resort) ca. 20-25 min.
- Tanah Lot (e.g. for a temple sightseeing) ca. 30 min.

You see - all the hot spots are just around the corner,
so your holidays can begin!

In your direct surrounding you have the main road Gatot Subroto Timur by Pass, on which you can find e.g. a massage salon called 'My Spa',

In the small side streets you will find smaller 'Warungs' (local restaurants), laundry service and a smaller super market, which is open 24h, etc.
