Our house is located in Kuzguncuk, on the Asian side of the Bosphorus , only a 10 minutes ferry-ride from the centre. Our building, an elegant example of late Ottoman residential architecture, is completely remodelled and has all modern conveniences. Kuzguncuk is a multicultural neighbourhood with Jewish, Greek and Armenian population. It has two synagogues, two Greek-Orthodox churches and one Armenian church (some of the churches and one synagogue still hold regular services). Many famous architects and artist have in the past years settled in Kuzguncuk. It is a lovely, calm and safe neighbourhood with cafes, bars, restaurants and art galleries. "
