Description of object
A traditional Finnish familyhouse made of wood and with a large garden. A peaceful location next to the Ounasvaara woods area and skiing resort, 500 m from the Ounasvaara river. Popular wintertourism area Ounasvaara. A restaurant and a shop in 200 m.
The house is for 4-6 persons:
2 bedrooms with beddings, livingroom with a fireplace, kitchen with all kitchen equipments, bathroom and sauna, washingmachine. Towels included.
Possible to rent also an extra 18 sqm separate ensuite room (double bed, own bathroom-toilet).In this case the total size of accommodation is 130 m2 and the house is optimal for 8 persons (+two extra beds possible to organize).
An extra bed for one or two children is possible if arranged a' 20 EUR night/ child. Also possible to get a crib for a baby a'10 EUR/ night.
One extra adult is possible in an extra matress a'30 EUR night.

The house is situated 3,5 kilometers from the Rovaniemi city center next to the Ounasvaara Skiing Center. Rovaniemi is a middle size town on the Polar circle in the North of Finland. Rovaniemi is a city of the Father Christmas and a gate to Lapland: The Santa Claus Village is 6 kilometers far from the city center or from the house.
