Description of objectNewly built and contemporary furnished guest house suitable for a small parties or families up to 8 people.
House Paradisos is located on corner, on the boundary between Paradisos and Neos Marmaras. The atmosphere is for sea and mountain at the same time. Against the house there is an olive, and behind it a coniferous forest. At the other side is the road to the beach, which itself is about 400 m away.
Our guest house offers three bedrooms located on the ground, second and third level, one room per storey. A spacious living-room and kitchen with dining room are located on the first level.
Two full en-suite bathrooms are also available to the guests.
House Paradisos has its own parking and a BBQ area.
For recreation with friends on a cup of coffee, on the morning or night drink on the evening with the beautiful sunsets, on the first level there is a big open veranda with soft furniture of solid wood and orange-sunny color damask.
From the veranda you enter in a big, cozy and spacious living-room, fitted with leather sofa in warm colors, which transforms into bed with dimensions 180x200 cm, 40” LCD TV set and lovely fireplace – the atmosphere is like you are at home.
Through the living-room you enter the kitchen and the dining-room, one shared premises, fitted with up-to-date appliances – stove, microwave, big refrigerator, espresso machine, all the necessary dishes for cooking and serving. Big massive dining table finishes the furnishing.
Location of objectFrom the south side of the town of Neos Maramaras is located the resort of Porto Caras – consisting of more than 180 dka of forests, vineyards, golf courses, tennis courts, five hotels, yacht port, and a lot of hidden small beaches.
North from Neos Marmaras begins Paradisos, with its gorgeous sand beach and the crystal emerald water. It is not possible that you won’t be impressed by the fact how easy is to swim in the clean and full with small fishes, almost not disturbed by any waves waters. This is an incomparable and memorable pleasure.
Town: Greece, Paradeisos, Sithonia, Neos MaramrasAt the middle of the western part of Sithonia, approximately 110 km from Thessaloniki, is located the pretty town of Neos Marmaras, and the merged with it Paradisos. The town was founded in 1923 by refugees from the island of Marmara in the Sea of Marmara. It has stepped in tiers of three hills surrounding the port. From its one end to the other is passing the main street, where many shops for souvenirs, cloths, jewelry, boutiques, banks, bars restaurants and others are located. To Neos Marmaras visitors’ disposal there are three hypermarkets – on the entrance and the ring road. In the town itself there are butcher shops, bakeries, grocery stores and others.
