Description of objectCottage (65m2) steeped in the olive trees of Maratea’s Coast, in Cersuta locality, ideal for nature, sea and quiet lovers: a country atmosphere where it is still possible to listen the cicada’s chirp and the sea bathing the rocks. You will enjoy unforgettable sunset. It is located in a bigger property (2000 square meters of olive, orange and citrus trees) where there is a country house where I live (30 meters towards north) and another cottage (20 meters towards north-west). Inside the property there is a corner dedicated to small animals (hen, rabbits and ducks) and a lovely labrador lives. The cottage is compound by entrance, two bed rooms, bath room and a small kitchen. A bed room is furnished with a double bed, a single bed and wardrobe. The other bed room have a small fireplace, three single beds and chest of drawers. The kitchen is furnished with sink with cold and hot water, gas cooker, refrigerator, freeze, pottery and kitchen utensils. The bath room is with shower and bidet. Further more the cottage is furnished with flat iron and iron board and it is possible to use the washing machine. The bed rooms and the kitchen open on a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs where is comfortable to eat and spend time. The terrace is surrounded by the garden: olive trees and pines with view on Policastro’s Gulf, with shower in the open. There is a public free parking at 100m. The cottage have direct access at the sea through a path in the Mediterranean woodland and along the coast: in few minutes by foot you can reach the rock-sea (100m). The nearest beach with seashore is at 400m. At 600m there is a small shop with foodstuffs. Supermarkets and shops at 4-12km. A good restaurant is at 500m. The Maratea’s ancient center is at 7km, the port is at 4 km and the nearest airport is Capodichino in Napoli.
Location of objectThe cottage is located in the typical atmosphere of Maratea\'s Coast with terraces with olive trees, pines and Mediterranean woodland. Inside the property there is a corned dedicated to small animals (hens, ducks and rabbits). The property views on Policastro\'s Gulf form which you can see Monte Bulgheria and Punta degli Infeschi. By foot you can reach the sea, a restaurant and a small food-shop.
Town: Italy, Maratea, MarateaMaratea is a typical small village of south of Italy famuos for the Christ\'s Statue and the splendid sea. Cersuta, the locality where we are, offer a sea-coast rich in creeks, shoals, grottos, fresh water springs to discover snorkeling or canoeing or adventurously walking on the rocks; ideal for diving or fishing as well. There is a beach with seashore. Maratea\'s surrounding offers amusements typical of the sea such as diving and boat trips, and also of the country side like trekking and horse-walking, further more there are cultural choices: exhibitions, churches and historic places (Maratea is famous for having 44 churches), meetings. Not to be forgotten that Maratea is surrounded by three National Parks: Pollino toward east, Appenino Lucano toward north and Cilento toward south that have a Protected Marine Park as well. Visiting small village in the environs, like Rivello and Trecchina, is really pleasant.
