Description of objectImmaculate, Bali-style, new construction condo with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with beautiful pool, 8 in-pool beds, 2 jacuzzis, and amenities including gym and game room located in fabulous Playa del Carmen. This is our home too, so we have outfitted it with all the comforts you can think of. There is a 40 inch 1080 HD TV in the living area, complete with Blue Ray DVD and surround sound system. The master bedroom has a 32 inch 1080 HD TV with DVD player. There are separate remotes for both TVs, allowing you to watch American and European channels. The beds have 500 thread count sheets and plenty of pillows. All of the furniture has been custom made. The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal.
You may want to reconsider cooking when one block away is 5th Ave, a walking pedestrian mall, with hundreds of restaurants at your disposal. Or, if you want more of a local flavor (and price) you might walk three blocks the opposite way to experience fish tacos or sirloin burritos. The condo has 24 hour security. Weekly maid service is included also in the price. If you decide to stay home, you can lounge on one of the beds in the pool. Or take a dip in one of the two jacuzzis. The property has a game room including a pool table, air hockey table, and a poker table. There are other lounging and entertainment areas situated around the beautifully landscaped grounds. If you want to hang out at the condo, you can sit on the balcony and watch the pool activity from above. .
