Rent holiday use only peaceful and respectful to people of other condominiums, on the second floor balcony in a historical building, located in Turin city apartment, San Donato district (10 min. Walking distance from Porta Susa station, 5 minutes from p.za Statute, 10 minutes walk from Palace Gate and Quadrangle, 20 minute walk from Piazza Castello). Comfortable with public transportation to any destination. The house, recently restructured, is composed of fully functional kitchen and a small bathroom with shower, hallway with the local 2-seater sofa bed, bedroom with double bed 2 squares. At home there are 4 beds in total including 2 other double bed + 2 in sofa beds. The cost is 40 euro per night. Rent 7 nights you will enjoy the special price of 190 euros instead of 240. Included in price is the use of kitchen (including gas), equipment (pots and pans), of functioning refrigerator, TV. It does not include bed linen and towels (20 euros per couple + 2 towels). Final cleaning (20 euros mandatory). Arrival you will be required to pay a deposit of 100 euros which will be returned if no damage were produced during his stay in the house.
