Description of objectOur charming home in Burgundy boasts three bedrooms, stone walled lounge, large kitchen diner, a shower room downstairs, and separate W.C. The very large bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed a double bed, W.C and wash basin. Bedroom two is downstairs with twin beds and a wash basin. Bedroom three is also down stairs with a double bed. The lounge has three comfortable arm chairs and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed; a TV with satellite receiver; radio CD player; board games and books.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven; gas hobs; micro-combi oven; washing machine; dishwasher; fridge with small freezer; food processor; plenty of cutlery plates and glasses, and an iron. There are two hair dryers, one upstairs and one downstairs.
The garden has a large patio with table chairs loungers, sunshades. and a barbeque.
Location of objectOur home is Located in a peaceful spa village on the edge of the Morvan National Park. Short walk to mini supermarket, butchers, bakers, chemist, restaurants and many outdoor activities. Many lakes and rivers within easy access. Within short walk to riding stables, pretty indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis, mini golf, fishing lake, park with play areas for children. Decize 30kms. Internet access.
The village has some very pretty and unusual buildings relating to the fact it is an old spa town. Down to the valley you come to the Nivernaise canal where you can take boat trips, or even hire a boat. There are many lakes and rivers within easy access by car, for angling and fly fishing. You can even swim in the larger lakes such as Lac de Settons or Panneciere.

You can take the waters in the Spa and receive treatments for arthritis, asthma and various other ailments.There is a park with the Spa with trees, tennis courts, lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pools and restaurants. All this surrounded by hills and fields.
We have two small super markets, butchers, bakers, chemist, and many restaurants.
