Description of objectThe villa includes a six person jacuzzi, a huge garden, two big seperate terraces, a playground for children, internal and external fireplaces and a beautiful, unique panoramic view of the sea, green vinyards the island of Lastovo and the Mljet national park. It consists of three separate apartments, the first one with three bedrooms and a living room, the second one with a bedroom and a living room, and the third one with a mediteranean type of wine cellar, the so called \"konoba\". It is a perfect holiday hideout for both active and relaxing type of holiday.

Ideal as a starting point for various biking, hiking, walking and boating tours, as well as daily trips to the nearby sights: The UNESCO town Dubrovnik, the national park Mljet, the nature park Lastovo, the historic town of Korčula, called \"small Dubrovnik\". Korčula is the birth place of Marco Polo.
Town: Croatia, Korčula island, KorčulaČara is a village in the middle of the island of Korčula in Croatia. The island is a part of the Dalmatian coast and belongs to the Dubrovnik-Neretva county. Čara has a population of 566 residents. The village is situated twenty kilometers west of the old town of Korcula and is just above a field Čarsko Polje. In the centre of the village is the parish church of St Peter, which was built in the 16th century. The church has a painting by the Renaissance Venetian painter Leandro Bassano which is called \"Visitation of Jesus Christ to His Disciples\". The painting is placed above the church altar. Cara is 13 km west of Pupnat and 3.35 km east of Smokvica.
Čara is a part of a wine growing region which produces high quality Po¨ip and Rukatac dry wines, due to the special microclimate conditions. Cultivation of olives is also a part of Caras rich agriculture pallet. The wine cellar is located south of Cara towards the bays of Zavalatica and Zitna. The bays have become a tourist attraction in recent modern times. Zavalatica was a summer resort of the Croatian poet Pete Kanavelic.
