Description of objectThe plot is about 850m2 with a lot of trees being around it.It was built 2002 with 3 beadrooms 2 bathrooms 2 living rooms and 2 modern kitchen with all amenities and appliances and dinning room . Fully furnished, central heatting, 2 fireplace, 3 TVs, dvd ,stereo set and parking up to 2 cars. The House has 1 large balcony where you can make your dinner. The House has a big garden in front and back. It s surrounded by a lot of trees (eg. cypresses). The villa has alarm safety. There is plenty of water and electricity. Location of objectThe villa is located 4 km from the center of town, Xylokastro and beach of Pefkia, and 25Km from a traditional village -Trikala,Korinthia- and 32Km from Ski Center Zirias.The villa is 50 meter far away from other houses, so it is very quiet place.
