Description of objectThe apartment is a renovated studio, surrounded by pleasant gardens and trees, furnished and equipped, dedicated to holidays and hospitality travel with the advantage of being in a quiet area of Rome and close to the centre of the capital (15/20 minutes). It is a few minutes from two wonderful parks of Rome: Villa Ada and Villa Borghese, which is of great cultural interest.Public transport (at 500 m. from the apartment) lets you reach all the tourist attractions, art and religious attractions of Rome. The apartment has been furnished to create a romantic environment ideal for a couple or for those who stay in Rome for tourism but also for travel. It is on the second floor of a building with 4 floors with elevator and is made of: 1 bedroom furnished with 1 double canopy bed, Lcd Tv, 1 dining table, 1 wardrobe and is equipped with independent air conditioning. 1 bathroom (with window), with shower and 1 small bath, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, utensils, clothes and accessories that features: fridge, freezer, oven, American coffee machine, Italian coffe machine, table clothes. Moreover, thereâ��s a small balcony overlooking the street. The flat offers all the linens good. Location of objectA few steps away from the flat there’s the amazing park “Villa Ada”, the second largest public park of Rome where you can walk, relax or make jogging among wonderful gardens and trees. Only 5 minutes from Villa Ada there is “Villa Borghese”, a public park of great cultural interest.A few steps away there is also the famous Auditorium, the beautiful Parco della Musica, one of Renzo Piano\\\'s projects. You can easily find it in the satellite maps thanks to its special \\\'beetle\\\' geometries.
