Description of objectRosalia is a semi-detached two storey 170m2 garden house that lies in a 35000m2 private property with a shared pool and a superb grassed garden.In the ground floor there is an airconditioned living room with two sofa beds that sleep one each,one big bedroom with a double and a single bed,plus another bedroom with 3 bunk beds for children aged 5 years old and up.In the same level there are two WCs, one with shower and a big separate kitchen with all the appliances and a dining table. On the first floor,there are two double bedrooms and another bathroom, as well as a beautiful balcony with nice sea and garden view.There is also a 25m2 kiosk with a big table for dining outside and also a bbq.
Location of objectSithonia is the second 'leg'(as locals call it) of the Halkidiki peninsula. Exquisite beaches, organized as well as more isolated ones create the perfect scenery for your ideal vacation. Halkidiki has more blue flags than any other place in Greece (247 in 2010). Toroni,for example, just 3 km away is one of them. Apart from enjoying the beach, visitors can take long walks along the seaside pavement or just admire the sunset in one of the many beach bars. In Toroni, one can also visit the remains of the ancient castle of Lykithos.
