Two-story property beautiful apartment in a modern, child-friendly and assisted living facility with stunning panoramic views. Large roof terrace with sun loungers. The lower level features two bedrooms and a small balcony. The upper floor is the living area with large living room with open kitchen, which is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, gas stove, kettle (tea), coffee maker and toaster sandwich machine, bathroom and two balconies. The front balcony has great ocean and pool views. From the approximately 90 sqm apartment you have a romantic view over the Bay of Didim-Akbuk. (See photos) The home and residential investment are suitable in order to recover and relax.
The surroundings are idyllic and ideal for walking and / or family outings.
Deck chairs are available poolside.

The house is reliable 24 hour care including cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance, park rangers and Hausmaister.
Free shuttle bus several times a day to the bus stop and the next Grocery store.
The residential complex includes a restaurant, cafe, bar, sauna and reception.
