Beautiful cosy apartment, design furniture, 2 terraces: 1 sea view( Capo Caccia) , 1 garden view(olive trees), parking in front building, at 120m(real!!)from coast, 1.5km from old town Alghero( 15min walk seashore!), city bus stop in front of building,supermarket at 200m.At 16km from Alghero airport.

Perfectly located apartment (on 2nd floor of a small buiding). Quiet area(residential area)Delightful & very cosy, very sunny because of 2 terraces: morning sunshine on countyside terrace, noon & afternoon sunshine sea-side terrace.Fully equipped kitchen(oven,microwave, dishwasher) big bedroom (2pers) 1 smaller bedroom 2 pers.( with terrace)No old 2nd hand furniture , but stylish & design .TV, satelite, DVD, Hi-Fi, iPod docking, USB, etc,
Really something different , for a comforting and relaxed holiday....

Town: Italy, Residential Area, Alghero

Alghero is a very good base to stay in Sardinia, an attractive lively resort with some lovely beaches nearby .
Beaches in general are not too crowded, and there are so many to choose from nearby.
Highly recommended is the spectacular Neptune's Grotto, caves just north of Alghero.
The vast stalactites and stalagmites are simply amazing. In calm weather there's a
boat that takes visitors directly to the entrance (where you get out and walk around
the caves on a tour). There is also an alternative : to park at
the top of the cliff and walk down 600 steps. The walk itself is a fantastic
experience!

There is a good choice of bars and restaurants in Alghero, mostly in
the scenic 'Old Town'. The sunsets over the sea are very atmospheric. The stars and Milky Way seen from the apartment are.... beautiful!
