Description of objectCasa Lella is a beautiful apartment for 2/3 people located in the center of Praiano, close to shops, bars, restaurants, internet-point and bus stop. At a short distance there is the possibility of free parking along the road. The apartment is on the 2. floor of a multifamily-house adjacent to the main road with sea view from the terrace and balcony and view to Positano and Sorrento-peninsule with Capri on the horizon. You reach the entrance of the house via an external staircase with approx. 40 steps.Location of objectCasa Lella consists of a double-bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. A third bed can be added or in the bedroom or in the living room. In front of all rooms there is a long and in some part large balcony, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The terrace you reach passing the small garden, also this equipped with table and chairs and lounge chairs.The apartment has air conditioning/heating, washing-machine, electric oven, microvawe, 4-flame gas stove, TV-sat., WIFI, hairdryer, refrigerator with deepfreezer, american coffee maker and toaster. A cot is available upon request.
