Description of objectYou find our apartment in Guerico Colomba, a district of the city of Lerici, and just a short hop (2 km) from the famous seaside promenade of the impressing "Golfo dei Poeti" (Bay of the poets). This attribute refers to the English poets Lord Byron und Shelley, who loved to spend time in this region.The apartment is situated in a duplex house and has a large garden, a basement and parking spaces for two cars. The bright and friendly apartment is composed of a large hall, a living room, a spacious kitchen with an exit to the garden, two large rooms and a bathroom with a double washbasin. It is equipped with an autonomous heating system. The apartment is situated in a green area, close to the natural park of Monte Marcello, and nearby the provincial road linking Sarzana (ca.6 km) and Lerici.
