Charming French Farmhouse situated on a real farm in the heart of the Normandy countryside.
This property has been carefully renovated in order to keep its authentic character.
The farmhouse has its own private back garden with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside but has also the benefit of the pond (securely fenced in) and the animals on site for the children and animal and wildlife lovers.
This French Farmhouse consists of an open plan fully fitted kitchen / living area and has 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. With French doors opening up to the secure private garden area.
Downstairs we have a spacious bedroom with a single and a double bed and the 1st of the 2 shower rooms and a separate WC. Upstairs we have the second spacious bedroom, again with a single and a double bed. To follow, we have the mezzanine area with a clic-clac that can sleep 2 people. Off the Mezzanine area we have the 2nd shower room. To finish we have the final bedroom, again very spacious with a double and a single bed. The property has electric heating so is as comfortable in winter as it is in the summer months.

We are situated a stones throw away from the Avenue verte ( the old railway lines which have been converted into a lane for those wishing to walk or cycle without the worry of motor vehicles, you are also welcome on horseback if you wish!).
