It\'s a large house with a garden, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8+), 2 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms, great balcony with breath-taking view, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.Very convenient location: 1.30 hrs to Rome by motorway or bus 25\' min to L\'Aquila 20\' min to Campo Imperatore and Gran Sasso 35\' min to Pescara and the Adriatic coast 2 hrs to Perugia, Assisi, Todi Very calm little medieval village, a perfect base for hiking on the Gran Sasso range or just to go on the Campo Imperatore highland and enjoy \"arrosticini\" (lamb brochettes). Or day trips to Rome, Perugia, the Adriatic and more. The weather is fantastic in summertime: when down in the plains people are roasting under the sun, Calascio is fresh and pleasant. Location of objectThis large apartment used to belong to the Frasca, the local ruling family. It is located in a central and dominating position of the village. It has one of the largest terraced gardens of Calascio.
